Do I need to create an account?
No, you do not need an account to shop at YourLoveChallenge. We even process orders without a registered customer account.

Is there a purchase minimum? 
No, there is no minimum purchase. 

Can I cancel an order if it hasn’t been shipped yet?
You may cancel your order as long as it has not been processed. However, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. While we do our utmost to stop an order at your request, we also try to ship quickly. Therefore, it is often not possible to cancel or modify your order.

How secure is my data?
We place the highest value on your security when it comes to payment transactions. Your details are only transmitted in an encrypted form so that third parties cannot read them. Your payments are processed by a special security-certified partner.

What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and AmazonPay. However, we do not accept checks, money orders, or bank transfers.
