Shipping Information

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery timeframe is made up of two phases:

1) Processing time (1 business day):

Order confirmation, production, quality check, packing.

The order will be checked and released within 12-24h after it is placed. The product will be ordered once the order is released in our system.

2) Delivery time:

The delivery time includes the time it takes to go from our shipping center to your doorstep. We work with the shipping carrier DHL to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping takes between 3-7 business days within Europe. This includes Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, and Turkey.
Shipping costs are currently $2.99.

Shipping takes between 7-12 business days for the rest of the world. This includes Argentina, Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, and the United States.
Shipping costs are currently between $4.99 and $6.49.
